Behavior & Body Plans- the new must have!

Before you start a business, what is the FIRST thing you’re taught to do?

Write a business plan.

When I started my fitness & nutirion business 20 years ago, I wrote a business plan. When I decided to change how I did business, I wrote another business plan.

I knew that without a business plan, I’d be hindering my growth, will make compromises and won’t meet my business or financial goals as projected.

Same with your behavior & body.

You will fail achieving the mind, body and health you want if you don’t have a behavior & body plan that helps you:

  1. Uncover how you are genetically (naturally) making decisions about your health, wellness & fitness
  2. Learn what you need and want for yourself. When you’re alone ponder on how you want to think, feel and look and consider why it’s important.
  3. Understand how the journey will be for you personally, not how it was for that guy on Muscle & Fitness or the bikini model or the fitness influencer you follow.

Remember, it’s YOUR job to thoroughly investigate, write and invest in your behavior & body plan.

Stop expecting Providers to tell you this or do it for you.
